- 3 weeks in--hows it going? What have you
learned? - One-page update with optional extra credit (use
diagnostic tool for additional insight include
ahas in progress report with tool as exhibit
(possible .04 points)). - Your one-page progress report should include
- Updated summary of the change youre trying to
make, with the specific goal (definition of
victory) youre trying to achieve by the end of
the project. - Description of how you have been
monitoring/reflecting on your progress. - Optional extra credit (see above) Ahas from use
of diagnostic tool. - Key observations Whats working well? Whats not
working/where are you getting stuck? Given this,
what are the best things you could do for the
remainder of the project to support your success?
