  following ENCLAVE TRAFFIC PLAN.
• Jersey Barriers will be placed in the center of
  Mahone Avenue upon entering to divide the
  construction and non-construction traffic.
• ALL Construction Traffic - RIGHT Lane Only
• ALL Non-Construction Traffic LEFT Lane Only
• Detour Signs Follow to Buildings
