  • Resources - Collection dissemination of good
    practice
  • Skills - Training and developing support
    providers
  • Action - Developing clusters to test innovative
    collaborations

What is a cluster?
  • Cluster- defined membership, collaborative
    action, largely informal but strong
  • Informal Group - open membership,
    networking/information exchange
  • Consortium/Partnership- closed membership,
    specific outputs, contractual /formal structures,
    formally agreed roles
