your revision timetable. They can then make sure
they are out of the way as well as pester you
if you need it!

9Exam Stress

- Most people find exams at least a little
stressful. A little bit of stress is good for you
it can boost you into action and is even good
for your immune system. But too much stress can
be very damaging.
How can you spot the signs of too much stress?
You might
- be feeling tired
- ache all over
- cry and feel sad
- have panic attacks
- have broken sleep
- suffer from stomach upsets
- have itchy skin rashes
- be more likely to get colds and 'flu

Sleep properly! It will enhance your mood and
your brainpower.
Give yourself plenty of short breaks and you will
learn more.
Make time to do something you enjoy. If this is
some kind of exercise even better as exercise
produces stress-busting chemicals.
Include plenty of fruit, vegetables and water in
your diet.
Be realistic about what you can achieve. Planning
to revise for 6 hours every day is only going to
make you feel bad when you dont do it!
Stay positive smile breathe slowly and deeply
talk about how you are feeling remind yourself
of your achievements imagine the best not the
worst scenario.
