Status of the Platform Implementation Plan
  • Approved by NCRI Informatics Management Board
  • Late 2006
  • Activities commenced January 2007
  • Phase I on schedule for release end 2008
  • Is already a collaborative effort extending
    outside NCRI
  • Goal is to be interoperable with US caBIG
  • Focus will be on resource discovery
  • Prototype available now to help elicit feedback
    from user groups
  • Phase II planned for end Q1, 2010
  • Progress formally assessed at NCRI Informatics
    Management Board Gate Reviews
