• ETSI/TIPHON Release 3 is scoped to standardize
  the delivery of telephony services across fixed
  mobile switched circuit networks (SCN) and IP
  telephony
• Five scenarios

Conclusion

• WG3 has been suspended while the new architecture

• Management status is unknown (to me)
• WG4 work seems to be captured in 2003 (???)
• WG7 work seems to be captured in 2003 (???)
