II. COSTS STATEMENTS You can use the electronic
copies of E1 and Cost statements detail sent
by the coordinator and return before the dead
line with original signature without any kind
of manual modification sent to the coordination
by special mail (DHL, )   Table 3 Budget
Follow-up Table sent by the coordinator It show
the budget total costs by partners and man
hours at the start of the contract in comparison
to really expends at the end of the period -
explain deviations (if any) and give in annex
more detailed explanations if necessary as soon
as it will be filled and returned by each
partner, it shall be sent by the Coordination to
our program officer for acceptance.
