  • In order that school will function in a way that
    suites its culture, its student and community
    needs in the most thorough and efficient way will
    be required to restore the school autonomy.

The Approach
  • The pluralistic approach
  • The fundament of this approach states that the
    education system must develop various tools and
    working procedures in order to suit the needs of
    the students. Variety in Education system is
    considered an efficient way to increase learning
    motivation and to restore the school identity
    back to educational establishments.
