1
Marketing NP
  • Take your business to the next level!

2
Maximize your marketing dollars and time
  • Goal
  • You want to delineate the difference between you
and your competition on such a way that people
would have to be a fool not to do business with,
    regardless of price!

3
  • How are you going to separate your business from
    the competition?
  • What if everything you knew or ever learned about
    marketing was wrong?
  • Now what?

4
  • It is known, that unchanging principles of human
nature that dictates that people always want to
make the best buying decision possible.

5
Marketing (your job!)
  • Is simply to facilitate the prospects decision
making process and allow them to feel they are in
control of their decision based on having enough
information, enough quantity and quality of
    information
  • And it doesnt matter what kind of business you
    are in.

6
What is marketing really suppose to do?
  • Remember
  • Strategic Marketing what you say and how you say
    it.
  • Tactical Marketing the execution of the
    strategic marketing plan.

7
  • Almost everyone always thinks you are talking
Tactical, BUT what you say and how you say it is
    the most important!!!
  • You need to make sure you are going to invest
your with people who know what they are
    talking about!

8
What is the purpose of Marketing?
  • 1. To capture the attention of your target
    market.
  • 2. To give them the hope that reading or
listening to your marketing piece will give them
enough information to FACILITATE their making the
best decision possible when buying whatever you
    have to sell them..period!

9
  • 3. To lower the risk of them taking the next
step in the buying process so that you can
    further educate the prospect..

10
The results of effective marketing
  • Is that it accomplishes these three objectives so
that it should cause your prospects/patients to
draw the conclusion that I would have to be a
fool not to do business with you!

11
The Facilitation Process 2
  • The facilitation process do you know that there
are people out there that want what we have?
  • How are you getting that message across?
  • What and how are you saying it?

12
  • Understand these two things
  • We/us we want more new customers/patients and
attract and obtain more loyal customers/patients.
    Ultimately make more money

13
  • They/them Want to feel confident about the
spent and the decision made was made to their
best ability. And that they got the best deal
for price and value and dont have to second
    guess their decision.

14
  • Of these two sets of values, the processes and
principles that govern the matching of these two
sets of values are the same for every business.

15
  • Next, all you have to do is figure out whats
important to your prospects, educate them as to
what constitutes the best deal in your industry,
and then show them quantifiable proof that you
actually provide that best deal in terms of price
and value and then be able to communicate that to
them, and that they will pay attention to,
believe, and then take action on.

16
  • Then, the prospect gets from you what they want,
not just the best deal in terms of price and
value, but also the unshakeable confidence that
they have actually make the bet decision possible.

17
  • So, after you have 1 got their attention, 2
    given them decision facilitating information,
then marketings (you) 3rd job (3) is to give
them specific, low risk, easy to take action
steps that further facilitates their ability to
    make a good decision.

18
  • You cant cram everything that a person needs to
know, you cant completely facilitate that
decision necessary in the confines of an
advertisement, there needs to be more information
    available..
