Copy your picture

Crop the copy to the part you want to enlarge.

Enlarge the cropped picture

Create a box around the original area. Click on
the box and select no fill.

Enlarge the line size

Repeat with the expanded picture

Draw and enlarge lines from the corners.

Go to custom animation. Select stretch, from
left, and OK.
