    seen.

My Review
  • The regeneration effort in DerryLondonderry
    lacked key elements which support
    transformational change
  • There is a need for
  • A clear sense of mission, leadership, energy,
    effective structures, relationships etc and
  • A powerful guiding coalition, united behind a
    shared vision.

    means

  • and to ensure that gains in prosperity are
    shared with the Most Deprived Neighbourhoods
  • A Vision and a Plan which are clear, compelling

    the most deprived groups in our communities.
