  • Human Services identified 150 forms within the
    organisation.
  • The majority of forms were filled in and
    processed manually.
  • The Victorian Government Online initiative
    requires all suitable transactions to be online
    by December 2001.

Project Requirements
  • Create Guidelines and Templates for the creation
    of online forms.
  • Develop DHS standards for presentation of online
    forms.
  • Select a cross-section of forms suitable for the
    pilot.
  • Pilot online form delivery and back-end
    processing.
  • Optimise use of the current environment
