ISO 90012000
  • Review of 90011994 and other systems such as the
    CMM, lead to an update to 9001 in December 2000.
  • Existing QM systems had a maximum of 3 years for
    compliance with ISO 90012000
  • New QM systems were assessed against the updated
    ISO 9001.

ISO 90012000 aim
  • The stress is upon

  • these aims all stem from the quality principles
    earlier
  • ISO 90012000 takes a process approach to QMSs
