Overall objectives

• To track progress in implementing the HCS based
  on 14 target indicators against benchmarks 2005
• To take stock of progress in implementing Paris
  Declaration (12 indicators) in preparation for
  the Accra HLF-3
• Dialogues to review progress, challenges and
  recommended actions (input to IM MT Review)
