TARGET GROUP DESCRIPTION

• 25 adolescent youths (pregnant mothers with one
  or more children)
• 18 years limit age
• In legal situation
• Residents in Casal da Boba neighbourhood.

MAIN PROBLEMS

• Lack of information
• Different Cultural perception about the
  maternity
• Economics Problems
• Family problems (Violence, Negligence)
• Dropout / Unemployment.

GENERAL OBJECTIVS

• Support adolescent mother's in social insertion
• Foment school returning
• Accomplish formation actions
• Detect interest areas
• Employment insertion (Partnership establishment
  with local companies).

OPERACIONALIZATION

• 1 PEDAGOGIC FORMATION (To be developed by
  Gustavo Eifell professional school)
• Children's care (health, feeding and hygiene)
• Citizenship
• Informatics.

• Revitalization of the Bank Time program in

• 5 Entertaining activities (1 month)
• 6 Social Insertion Establishment of a
  contract
• 7 Weekly meetings (to prepare tasks, games, and
  other programs) These meetings should be
  programmed and conducted by mother's. The
  technician should just have the observer /
  facilitating role.
• 8 Evaluation.

• Study of market job. Establishment of protected
  jobs

• Direction to interest areas (professional courses
  Professions School)

MOTHERS INSERTION (part 2)

• Social life and Family accompaniment
• a) Individual meetings. These meetings should
  have the objective to hear the youths about
  their problems and seek solutions. The technician
  should avoid dependence situations, adopting a
  consultant role
• b) To avoid problems of institutional dependence,
  the initial meetings should be weekly and then
  more spaced in time until they not being
  necessary.
