Foundation for the Global Compact
  • Foundation established in 2006 to help raise
    funds in support of the work of the Global
    Compact
  • Strategy to widen funding base of the GC
    (currently annual contributions from small number
    of governments)
  • Ambition to match public and private funding
    (50/50)
  • Two types of contributions
  • Minimum voluntary contribution
  • Less than 250 employees 100 USD
  • Between 250-1000 employees 1000 USD
  • More than 5000 employees 5000 USA
  • But more if of course most welcome and
    appreciated!
  • Earmarked project contribution

  • Deepen collaboration with PRI and PRiME
  • PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment)
    backed by 11 trillion dollars in assets.
  • PRiME (Principles for Responsible Management
    Education) more than 100 business schools around
    the world endorsed the initiative.
