This workshop for school administrators addresses
the requirements and best practices under Section
504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and
highlights the major differences between Special
Education and Section 504. Issues and practices
relevant to compliance including general
educations responsibility, eligibility criteria,
assessment, disciplinary actions, appropriate
education and due process will be covered.
