• With students as the central purpose, the
  James H. Groves Adult High School provides
  opportunities for adults to learn according to
  their unique abilities, interests, and
  aspirations to acquire a high school education.
  This education provides graduates with the
  foundation skills to secure social, political,
  and economic independence in a technological and
  global society.

• Select a protocol
• Complete a self-study
• Develop objectives and action plan
• Host a monitoring visit
• Receive accreditation
• Review continuous improvement after 5 years
  (written report and on-site visit)
• Renew accreditation

• March 2, 3, 4, 2004
• First Day MSVT assembles meets GLT and visits
  POLYTECH
• Second Day MSVT meets and visits Marshallton,
  Newark, Wilmington, Baylor, DAAD
• Third Day MSVT meets and visits Middletown and
  Sussex Tech
• Fourth Day MSVT meets with GLT and presents an
  oral report
