• Dorothy lived with her aunt, uncle, and dog,
  Toto.
• One day there was a very big storm.
• Dorothys house, with Dorothy and Toto in it,
  took off and flew.

• When the house stopped, Dorothy saw a Good Witch.
• You have killed the Bad Witch of the East.
• me? said Dorothy.
• Yes, your house did. She pointed to the house.

• Can you get me back to my family? asked
  Dorothy. No, said the Good Witch, but the
  Wizard of Oz can.
• Where is he? asked Dorothy.
• Down the yellow road.

• Dorothy met a funny man, the Scarecrow. He
  said, Where are you going?
• Im going to the Wizard of Oz.
• Could he give me a brain?
• Yes, come with me.

• Dorothy and the Scarecrow walked on. They met a
  funny man, the Tin Man.
• Whats the matter? they asked.
• I cant move, he said. Dorothy and the
  Scarecrow helped him.

• Where are you going? asked the Tin Man.
• Were going to the Wizard of Oz.
• Could he give me a heart? asked the Tin Man.
• Id like a heart.

• They all walked along the yellow road. Then a
  lion jumped out from the forest. The Scarecrow
  and the Tin Man looked at him. Dorothy said,
  Dont hurt Toto.

• Toto scared me.
• Youre a coward.
• Yes. Im very unhappy.
• Dorothy dried the Lions face.
• Come with us then, she said. The Wizard of Oz
  may give you courage.

• Dorothy, Toto, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and
  the Lion walked down the yellow road. They
  walked and walked.
• Then they came to Oz and asked to see the Wizard.

• I am the Wizard of Oz. Who are you?
• Im Dorothy. Can you get me to my family?
• Yes, if you go and kill the Bad Witch of the
  West.

• I cant kill her, said Dorothy. You kill
  her. said the Wizard. She is a very bad
  woman. They went to look for the Bad Witch of
  the West.

• The witch saw them coming. She was very angry.
  We dont want them here. she said to her
  monkey. She made Dorothy work hard. It was a
  bad time.

• One day the Bad Witch tried to get Dorothys
  shoes.
• No! Dorothy said, and she threw water on the
  Witch. The Witch got smaller and smaller. The
  water killed her.

• Well done, said the Wizard. He gave the
  Scarecrow, a brain the Tin Man, a heart the
  Lion, courage and Dorothy and Toto went home
  happily to her family.

Dorothy lived on a farm with her uncle, aunt and
the dog, Toto. One day, there was a very big
storm. Dorothys house took off and flew.
The house landed and the Good Witch appeared.
She thanked Dorothy for killing the Bad Witch of
the East. Dorothy put on the magic shoes and
walked down the yellow road to find Wizard of Oz.
On the way, Dorothy saw the scarecrow, the tin
man and the lion. They went to Oz and to find
the Wizard of Oz.
The wizard of Oz asked them to kill the Bad Witch
of the West and he could help them.
The Bad Witch wanted to kill Dorothy, but Dorothy
threw the water all over her and she disappeared.
Then their wishes all came true.
