• Not everyone can appear in the SSC CGL exam, as
  the commission has set parameters for minimum
  eligibility criteria including education
  qualification, age limit and nationality. As per
  this years notification, the SSC CGL
  eligibility criteria is as follows-
• SSC CGL Education Qualification
• For Junior Statistical Officer (JSO)- Bachelors
  degree with minimum 60 marks in Mathematics in
  class 12 from any recognized university or in
  any subject with Statistics in graduation.
• For Statistical Investigator Grade-II-
  Bachelors degree with
• Economics Statistics or Mathematics as a
  compulsory or optional subject from any
  recognized university.
• For Research Assistant in National Human Rights
  Commission (NHRC)- Bachelor's degree from a
  recognized university or institute and at least
  one year of research experience in a recognized
  university
• or recognized research institute.
• For the remaining posts- Bachelor's degree in any
  subject from a recognized university.
• Age Limit (as on 01/08/2024)

  and 11th August 2024.
• SSC CGL 2024 Application Fee
• Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- while submitting
  their application form online at www.ssc.gov.in.
  Female candidates and candidates belonging to
  SC, ST, PwBD and ESM are eligible for reservation
  and are exempted from payment of application
  fee. The last date to pay the application fee is
  25th July 2024 (11 PM). The application fee has
  to be paid online only using BHIM UPI, Net
  Banking or Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or RuPay
  debit cards.
