• Down clothing inspection at the end of the random
  inspection, according to ANSI/ASQ Z.14 sampling
  standard, single normal sampling, general
  sampling class AQL Level?, acceptable quality
  limits are (Fatal not allowed, serious 2.5,
  minor 4.0), the sample size of this inspection
  is 80, the maximum allowable number of defects
  for each defect type is 5,7 respectively, and the
  maximum acceptable number of serious defects is
  5, and the number of minor defects is 7.

• 4.Product and packaging compliance inspection
• According to the down jacket inspection data
  provided by the customer, check the appearance of
  the down jacket, accessories, product packaging,
  outer box packaging, box mark, label, etc., and
  take photos and record in the inspection report.

• 5. Data measurement and field test
• 01). Drop box test
• According to ISTA 1A standard, after 10 drops,
  the packaging or down jacket inspection products
  must not have fatal defects or serious defects.
• 02). Package ratio check
• Check whether the actual packaging of down
  jackets meets customer packaging requirements and
  market regulations. Check the type, condition,
  and sealing method of the outer box. Check the
  type, condition, position, color and marking
  content of the shipping mark. If the customer
  requires a warning sign, design or trademark,
  check for the presence of such a sign
• 03). Color difference check
• Dark products, color difference lower than gray
  card grade 4, the test result is unqualified
  Light color products, color difference is lower
  than gray card grade 4-5, the test result is
  unqualified.

• 04). Functional testing of zippers/buttons/rivets
  or any other functional component
• Zipper open and close 20 times, check its
  function after testing.

• 05). Gram weight test
• Check whether the product conforms to the order
  requirements or conforms to the sample.

06). Product size/weight measurement According to
specifications or reference version requirements.
Use / -3 as tolerance if not specified.

07). Try on test Put on the model and adjust it
well, and fasten all buttons/zippers or other
accessories. Carefully check whether there are
any appearance problems after the clothes are put
on the model from the front and back and both
sides. If you have a confirmed sample, try on the
sample first.

08). Barcode scanning test Down jacket product
bar code can be scanned, and the scanning results
are correct.

• 09). Stitching fastness test
• Check down jacket side seam, collar seam, waist
  seam stitching fastness.

• 10). Color fastness test
• The white dry cloth or wet cloth (about 5 X 5 CM
  size) is not loosely or tightly attached to the
  fingers of one hand, and the white cloth is
  rubbed on the clothes with appropriate force
  (rubbing the area of the clothes about 10 times -
  15 seconds), to check whether there is any fading
  stain on the white cloth to check the color
  fastness of the down jacket.

• 11). Internal packing inspection
• Check whether internal packing meets customer
  requirements

• 12). Waterproof test
• According to the waterproof test standards for
  the down jacket waterproof test, pour water on
  the corresponding waterproof part to see whether
  there is water leakage inside.

13). Needle inspection/Metal inspection Use a
needle detector to check the down jacket. No
broken needles or metal fragments are allowed.

• Inspection Report
• The report shows the situation at the inspection
  site. Check and verify that the goods meet the
  requirements of size, weight, packing and
  workmanship according to the information provided
  by customer. Work is good, function test is
  normal. After reading the report, customers can
  accurately judge whether the goods meet the
  requirements of the order.
