• Prepare Your Data Please ensure your sales
  receipt data is in a compatible format, typically
  CSV, XLS, or XLSX. Organize the data with all
  necessary fields such as date, customer name,
  item description, quantity, price, tax, etc. Make
  sure the format aligns with QuickBooks Online's
  requirements.
• Access QuickBooks Online Log in to your
  QuickBooks Online account. You can just navigate
  to the section where you can import transactions.
  This is usually found under the 'Banking' or
  'Transactions' menu.
• Select Import Option Within the import section,
  choose the option to import sales receipts.
  QuickBooks Online might offer a template that you
  can use to ensure your data is correctly
  formatted. You can download this template and
  align your data if you have time.
• Upload Your File Once your data is correctly
  formatted, upload the file to QuickBooks Online.
  You'll typically see an option to 'Browse' or
  'Upload' the file. Select your prepared file and
  confirm the upload.
• Review and Confirm After uploading, QuickBooks
  Online will usually allow you to review the
  imported data to ensure everything is correct.
  This step is crucial to catch any errors or
  mismatches in the data. Once you've reviewed and
  made any necessary adjustments, confirm the
  import. Your sales receipts will then be
  processed and added to your QuickBooks Online
  records.
