Vitamin C in Immune Support
The immune system is essential for life it
represents a complex security system that relies
on organized components and mechanisms and is
indispensable for coping with various
adversities. These defense mechanisms fall into
two main categories nonspecific immunity and
specific immunity.
Immune Defense Vitamin C
It is a water-soluble substance with potent
immune-stimulating and antioxidant action. The
recommended minimum daily requirement is between
70 mg and 90 mg. One function famously attributed
to Vitamin C is to modulate the immune response
especially in cold illnesses, such as reducing
the duration of a cold.

Choosing the right fruit and vegetable
supplements for immune health To get your fill of
vitamin C, you need to focus especially on fruits
such as citrus fruits, kiwis, strawberries,

Peel the orange and cut the mango in half. To cut
the mango, I recommend cutting into it by forming
squares in the flesh with the tip of the knife,
reaching just before the peel so that you can
scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Now put all the
ingredients in the blender. As soon as you start
blending, you will immediately see a beautiful
color appear.

Recipe preparation
First peel the fruit, kiwi and banana, cut them
into small pieces, and put them in a bowl. Choose
only ripe fruit so you do not have to add sugar.
Squeeze 1 orange, rich in vitamins to improve
immune system, and pour both the juice and the
pulp left in the juicer into a glass. Now take a
blender (the container where you will put the
ingredients must not be too small.)
