1. Check Eligibility

• Review the eligibility criteria for the skilled
  migration visa subclass you are interested in,
  such as Subclass 189 (Skilled Independent Visa)
  or Subclass 190 (Skilled Nominated Visa). Ensure

2. Skills Assessment

• Obtain a positive skills assessment from the
  relevant Australian assessment authority for your
  nominated occupation. This assessment verifies
  that your qualifications and work experience

3. Submit Expression of Interest (EOI)

• Create an Expression of Interest (EOI) through
  the online SkillSelect system. Provide
  information about your skills, work experience,
  education, language proficiency, and other
  relevant details. Your EOI will be ranked based
  on points scored.

4. Receive Invitation to Apply (ITA)

• If your EOI receives a competitive points score
  and your occupation is in demand, you may receive
  an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a PR visa. ITAs
  are issued during regular invitation rounds
  conducted by the Australian government.

5. Submit Visa Application

• After receiving the ITA, complete and submit your
  PR visa application within the specified
  timeframe. Make sure to provide all required
  documents, pay the application fees, and meet
  health and character requirements.

6 Visa Grant

• If your application is successful, you will
  receive a visa grant for the nominated skilled
  migration visa subclass. The visa grant will
  specify the conditions and validity of your PR
  visa.
