• Puppy welfare is our no.1 priority at all our
  sessions. All of our pups come from trusted
  breeders that we work closely with. Find out a
  little more below.Its important for puppies to
  interact with humans from a young age, to help
  develop their confidence. Pups Yoga is the
  perfect, relaxing environment for this!
• By introducing them to lots of new things at a
  young age, you're building up their bank of
  experiences which will better prepare them for
  unknown situations in the future. This helps them
  become a healthier, happier dog!

Our Mission We care about well-being and mental
health. We are passionate about pets and taking
care of our physical and emotional well-being,
which is why we created Pups Yoga. We wanted to
create an experience that combines movement and
mindfulness, whilst gaining the very-real
benefits that petting animals delivers.

Mental Wellbeing In an ever more stressful
world, its increasingly important to maintain
good mental health. Interacting with animals has
been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a
stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure.
Other studies have found that animals can reduce
loneliness, increase feelings of social support,
and boost your mood. Combining yoga with animal
cuddles makes for the paw-fect de-stress!

Puppy Socialisation Its important for puppies
to interact with humans from a young age, to help
develop their confidence. Pups Yoga is the
perfect, relaxing environment for this! By
introducing them to lots of new things at a young

a healthier, happier dog!

Pups Yoga Combining yoga with pup cuddles makes
the paw-fect experience to de-stress, have fun
and immerse yourself in a puppy paradise. 30
minutes of yoga surrounded with pups, followed
with 30 minutes of pup cuddles. Pups Play Pups
Play is a super fun alternative to Pups Yoga and
is recommended for large teams of 40 people
only. Focusing widely on relaxation and mental
wellbeing, Pups Play will leave your staff
feeling happy, healthy and super relaxed. For
