GATHER YOUR SUPPLIES
Before you can start brewing, youll need some
supplies. First and foremost, youll need
freshly roasted and ground coffee beans. You can
buy them from your local cafe or online from
specialty roasters. Next, youll need a Bonavita
Immersion Coffee Dripper and some hot water
(ideally filtered). Youll also need a mug or
carafe to pour your brewed coffee into once its
finished.

PLACE THE FILTER IN THE DRIPPER
Once you have all your supplies ready to go,
place the included filter into the Bonavita
Immersion Coffee Dripper. Make sure it fits
snugly so that no grounds will leak out during
brewing. MEASURE AND ADD YOUR GROUNDS Next,
measure out your desired amount of fresh coffee
groundswe recommend starting with 25 grams per
8 ounces of waterand add them to the filter
inside the dripper. Be sure to evenly distribute

POUR IN HOT WATER
Now its time to add hot waterideally between
195-205 degrees Fahrenheitinto the Bonavita
Immersion Coffee Dripper until it is full (about
8 ounces). Make sure all of the grounds are
saturated by gently stirring for about 10
seconds with a spoon or bamboo paddle.

LET IT STEEP ENJOY!
At this point, all thats left is to let your
coffee steep for 3- 4 minutes before pouring it
into your mug or carafe and enjoying it!
Depending on how strong you like your coffee,
you may want to adjust your ratio of beans to
