    workout even if you have a previous injury. In
    fact, hot yoga can help with injury recovery.
    However, it's important to inform your instructor
    about your injury beforehand so that they can
    help you modify the poses accordingly. If you're
    new to hot yoga or paddle fitness, it's
    recommended to attend an introductory class first
    to learn how to adjust your practice to
    accommodate your injury.
