workplace. Our team comprises an 80 women
workforce. We provide career and employment
opportunities for women in the tech and marketing

• My philosophy is always to keep learning and
  moving. You might not find the perfect job right
  at the start, but learn what you can and then,
  when you start feeling that youre stagnating,
  look for the next opportunity.
• As long as you keep learning and work on
  improving your skills, youre heading in the
  right direction. After a few years, youll start
  seeing how every opportunity (even the
  frustrating ones) helped to shape your
  experience.
• Its also critical to do what you enjoy and
  stick to work environments aligned with your
  values. Every job will have good and bad days,
  but youll survive the bad ones if you believe in
  what youre doing.
