Al Rogers, a freelance consultant, was once the
head of the St. Hope Public Schools. 2000 kids
attended this charter school, the majority of
them came from low-income households, and it
catered to autistic learners. He contributed to a
significant improvement in ELA performance
throughout his tenure there, something he is
still pleased with to this day.

In 2016, Al Rogers went to the National
Superintendents Academy. Later, he was appointed
Superintendent of the Sacramento area. Al Rogers
worked as an educator for a very long time before
switching to consulting. Among his various jobs,
he relished his time as a coach and in the
