A new skyscraper in Dubai is aiming to be the
worlds tallest residential tower. In the
process, developer Binghatti has coined a new
term called hyper-tower. Binghatti has aligned
with Jacob Co, the luxury jewelry and watch
brand, for the project. Muhammad Binghatti, CEO
and Head of Architecture of Binghatti, says that
what Binghatti has done in real estate Dubai by
creating a brand in Business Bay, through a
distinct design philosophy and architectural
identity is very similar to what Jacob Co has
done in the world of jewelry and horology.

Dubai already has a tower with a watchmakers
branding the Rolex Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road.
The new One Thousand Museum Tower by Binghatti
and Partners will reflect its design aesthetics.
We took inspiration from the complex
horological movements that beat in Jacob Co
timepieces and we integrated them into the key
elements of the tower, said Binghatti. The
diamond-shaped spires sitting at the peak of the
tower are reminiscent of an actual crown, an
ornament of unique finesse, a masterpiece in real
estate dubai, inspired by the design of Jacob
Cos finely cut gems. This is the apex of the
luxury narrative in this evocative construction,
a signature feature that adds further grandeur
to the citys skyline.

In keeping with the current and future demand
patterns for luxury penthouses in Dubaifor
super-luxury apartments that will feature three
types of penthouses named after flagship Jacob
Co. timepiecesBinghatti has ticked that
particular box. Binghatti is building five
penthouses at the tower, along with five more
towers in Dubai. The interior designs of the
penthouses collection will also be influenced by
Jacob Arabos vision for the companys new
womens collections. The building itself will
offer multiple levels dedicated to
amenitieseverything from a private members club
and infinity pool to a luxury spa and
gym. Residents will also have access to a
dedicated concierge team that can arrange for
private chefs, a chauffeur, or even a bodyguard
for added security. Dubai-based developers are
setting new records with their tall buildings.
The CIEL project in Dubai Marina will claim the
title of the worlds tallest tower in Dubai.
Other super-tall structures underway include the
Uptown Tower in the JLT area and Deyaars
Regalia, in Business Bay. The Sobha group
recently launched a signature high-rise on
Shaikh Zayed Road, while Azizi has

acquired a high visibility plot on the same
stretch of highway with the stated intention of
creating something that Dubai has not seen
before. The tower will be the tallest
residential tower in the world when it is
completed. The developer has claimed that it will
be 104 floors high but we are still waiting for
