Walking and stretching can be beneficial to your
overall health. One most important thing this

Move More While Eating Less to Reduce
CaloriesMake careful to eat healthfully even if
you are eating less. You must have a calorie
deficit while eating wholesome foods if you want
to reduce weight. There are two ways to enter
deficit mode For a week, burn more calories by
moving more than you consume or by eating and
drinking less. One pound of weight can be lost
per week with a deficit of 500 calories each day.

Increase your water IntakeYour headaches,
weight loss problems, and sore muscles and joints
may all be resolved by drinking more water. Take
a bottle of water with you as you walk. Up until
you've drank between 50 and 75 percent of your
