1. Minimalistic Design Minimalistic Design is
the future of web design and it is going to
dominate the web design trends in 2021. In simple
terms, a design which incorporates very few
elements to design an artistic and creative
design. The clear focus is to simplify the
content and graphics, so the less is
more.  Minimalistic doesnt always mean
simplistic design, it also promotes the removal
of unnecessary elements from the design.  How to
design minimalistic 1. Decide what you want to
show the users, based on that limit your
resources and focus on consistent design.  2.
List down all the important elements for your
website but make sure to remove unnecessary
elements.  3. Limit the number of colors and
fonts, finally combine all the elements.
2. 3D Design This is also a new trend in which
many websites are incorporating. The 3D design
easily grabs user attention and enhance user
interest in your website/brand. This design is
now widely used because of the emergence of new
tools to create 3D art.   This design should be
used in such a way that all everything remains
uncluttered.  This design goes well with
fluorescent colors and to balance those funky
colors use primary colors (white, black, grey) on
the website.
3. Use of Bot and AI  Nowadays everything is
smart from your mobile phones, TV, watch, etc.
then why not make your website smart. The new
technologies like Augmented Reality, Machine
learning and Artificial Intelligence are used to
make website user friendly.  This technology
will help developers and designers to create
targeted and personalized pages for a user based
on their demographics, search history etc. The
futuristic website will be designed in such a way
that user will be able to interact with the
4. Oversized Elements and Bold Typography  There
is a new trend of putting bold typography and
oversized lettering on the website. Oversized
Elements can easily draw the user's attention and
engages them. The bold and big characters can
reflect yours's brand message more effectively
than smaller characters.  As we say, the first
impression is the last impression, so your
website first impression should be intuitive,
engaging and attractive. You can also use a video
or image as a background and overlay it with
large typography. But you the content should be
short and crisp, so that bold and big characters
can easily fit on the page layout.
5. Negative/ White Space  The blank areas
between the elements on the website are called
negative or white space. The white space creates
a contrast and gives perfect balance. White space
doesnt mean that color of blank space should be
white, you can choose any light color that
contrasts with your main theme.   White space
helps the user to focus on the main content on
the website and gives a neat and clean
appearance. The fundamental part of minimalistic
design is to effectively utilize white space on
the website. Whitespace gives the website a
simple, uncluttered and balanced look.
6. Split Content  This trend has been evolving
for several years and users love it. In 2021, the
designers are trying to use this trend to give
the website a fresh and unique look. Using this
theme, you can deliver more than one message on a
single page. For example, on one side you can
post content and on the other side photo or
video.  To use the best design effectively, cut
the layout into two parts symmetrically. Now play
with colors, fonts, photos to give it a beautiful
and catchy look. In this way you can give
importance to both parts of the website.
7. Animations and Dynamic Graphics  Nowadays the
web designers are choosing animations,
illustrations and dynamic graphics over videos,
because video can slow down your website. You can
design custom animation or motion graphics for
your website.  The right use of illustrations
can help your brand stand out from the
competitors. As you know that users can easily
absorb visual content like animations, GIFs and
motion graphics.
8. Simplicity  Simplicity in web design means
removal of all unnecessary elements, clean
layout, two- or three-color schemes, negative
space and uncluttered elements. Simplicity is the
new way of web design.   Simplicity can affect
your design in three ways    1. It improves the
overall layout and design by making everything
neat and tidy. This allows the users to easily
scan and navigate through the website.  2.
Simple designs load faster this can also improve
customer satisfaction and improve your website
rankings on search engines.   3. It is quicker
to design, manage and edit simple designs.
9. Asymmetric Layout Most designers use grid
patterns to incorporate elements on the specific
parts of the layout. But some designers are
following a new UI design trend of using broken
grid technique by placing the elements in random
manner. So, if you are looking to make your
website more creative then use this type of
design.  But before designing make sure you
design a blueprint of the layout and positions of
the elements. The best combination will be a
dynamic background and asymmetric content in bold
10. Voice Interface Voice user interface enables
the user to interact with the website using voice
commands, this technology will helpful for people
with physical disabilities. This is a very new
