government?

• The UK government provides several grants to make

What can you receive as a grant?

• The total government contribution cap is set at
  10,000.
• With a maximum government contribution of
  5,000, your voucher can pay for up to
  two-thirds of the upgrades you select.
• Your voucher may pay up to 100 of the price of
  the changes you choose if you or a family member
  qualifies for certain advantages.

  leaseholders and shared ownership)
• You are the owner of a park home on a
  residential property (including Gypsy and
  Traveller sites)
• You oversee residential homes that are rented
  out on the open or private market (including
  local authorities and housing associations)

Who can not receive a grant?

• You cannot obtain a voucher for the Green Home
  Grants for newly built, unoccupied homes.
• If you have already received a grant from your
  local authority as part of the Local Authority
  Delivery Scheme, you are not eligible for a
  Green Homes Grant voucher.
