The process begins once you have submitted all of
the necessary documents. If additional records
or questions are provided after the process
begins, there will be additional charges
associated with reviewing that information. What
to expect After all of the information has been
received, medical second opinions generally
require 7 to 10 calendar days, depends on the
case and its requirement. We continually update
you on the status of your request.

Typically, fees range from US800 to US1,500,
depending on the complexity of the case and the
preferred format of the medical second opinion. A
more accurate estimate can be provided once all
information is received. In some cases, a
complete assessment may require more than one
physician to review your records, which results
in additional fees.

Any medical information that you provide is not
returned to you upon completion of your medical
second opinion unless you specifically request
that it be returned. There is a US75 fee for the
return of any medical information. After six
months of inactivity, all medical records are
appropriately discarded.
