About
Eduard de Guardiola formed the real estate
investment company, Vista Residential Partners,
in 2000 with a view toward creating a uniquely
efficient and profitable organization for the
ownership, management and development of
multifamily assets throughout the Southeast.
Prior to 2000, he served as President and a
Director of the Focus Group companies, a company
that had a similar initiative. In 1998 Mr. de
Guardiola negotiated, directed and engineered a
large disposition of assets having a value of
187 Million Dollars, to two major REITs.

Vista and de Guardiola have built or acquired 60
properties totaling almost 14,000 units and 1.6
billion in total value. Many of these projects
and transactions were successfully completed with
joint venture institutional financial partners,
which included

Mr. de Guardiola has over 30 years of experience
in all facets of real estate management and
development, including residential, and retail.
His responsibilities have included acquisitions,
dispositions, lease negotiations, joint venture
documentation, financial analysis, and
management. Mr. de Guardiola holds BA and JD
degrees from Florida State University.
