3 Rolled Oats Recipes for Beginners
2
Oats
  • Oats are a type of cereal. In their natural form,
oats are known as whole oats, are unbroken, with
the seed and crust still attached. The crust is
the hard coating that enfolds and conserves every
grain. These whole oats are simmered and mashed
in the middle of massive rollers, giving rise to
the rolled oats. They are then heated in a
furnace to enhance flavor. While all types of
oats offer similar benefits, some prefer rolled
oats for their texture and light flavor profile.
  •
  • However, not everyone likes to eat oats.
Especially beginners find their flavour bland.
But, do not worry! Experts at Oateo understand it
is always challenging to add oats directly to
your daily meals, and hence they decided to find
ways to add oats (in a small proportion) to your
    meal.
