In Person or Online Training
  • If you would like to train at home or in your
    garden get in touch. We will bring along any
    equipment you need so as long as you can set an
    hour aside, we'll make sure you get a challenging
    workout in line with your personalized plan.
    Alternatively if you prefer we can carry out an
    online session over Zoom.

Outdoor Training
  • If you prefer to train in the open air then let
    us know. Let us put you through your paces in one
    of London's Beautiful Parks. We work in and
    around Primrose Hill, Belsize Park, Notting Hill,
    Kensington Chelsea, get in touch for more
    information.

  • Improving body composition along with nutrition,
    and the confidence that comes with it has a
    positive knock-on effect on almost all areas of
