Michael Landis (Historian) is a multi-talented
person who has numerous qualities and he carries
those qualities with him. He is a well-renowned
historian, educator and author who has worked
very hard to be where he is at the moment.

Michael Landis (Historian) resume is filled with
different experiences like being the author of
numerous essays, articles and op-eds in different
national media outlets.

These media outlets include names like The
Washington Post and Smithsonian Magazine which
helped him to earn his reputation. Furthermore,
his resume is also filled with honors, awards and
fellowships which he did over the year.

Michael Landis (Historian) also got one of the
first books published by the Cornell University
Press in 2014, named Northern Men with Southern
Loyalties The Democratic Party and the Sectional
Crisis.

Director and Public Programs Manager for the
