  • The beautiful Indian bride this brings to my
mind a radiant, fit and happy woman.
  • She glows and oozes radiance from the top of her
head right through her eyes to the tip of her
    toespicture perfect!

3
  • Lets discuss about Diet for brides, I have
prescribed numerous Food Diets to lose weight
fast to many brides, achieving amazing results.
Here are some tips and tricks that always work.
  • Lets look at an 8-week eating plan that helps
you to lose those extra pounds (without
dieting) and still looking radiant and glowing.

4
  • Cut off alcohol, aerated drinks and sherbets
completely. They play havoc with your skin
giving you a bloated and puffy look and making
    your skin patchy.
  • A good option is to have lots of water, lime
juice, coconut water, and herbal infusions that
can be sipped right through the day.

5
  • Cut off excess fat found in fried foods, burgers,
pizzas and biscuits. A good option would be to go
for oven baked snacks, experiment with food-grill
them, sauté them in minimum oil.
  • Polyunsaturated oils like extra virgin olive oil,
peanut oil, and mustard or sesame seed oil are
recommended oils for cooking they increase the
good cholesterol and lower the bad.

6
  • Cut down on refined sweets. Besides adding on
excess weight they leave your skin looking patchy
and dull.  They make you hyper tense and cause
    mood swings.
  • Sweeter options would be fruits and dry fruits.
They taste delicious and contain the required
minerals and vitamins.  They provide the bulk
    without the added fat.
  • Fruit smoothies or stewed fruits mixed with
    yoghurt make excellent desserts.

7
  • Dont deny yourself your favorite food as you
will be increasing craving  so if you have a
particular penchant for chocolate, allow yourself
(once in a while) a small quantity and savor it
    without guilt
  • It is very important to incorporate all the food
groups in our daily eating. We need a balance of
all nutrients to be able to remain in peak
    condition.

8
  • Cutting out on an entire food group be it a
carbohydrate, a protein or a fat is not only soul
hurting but unsustainable because it can lead to
    long term nutritional hazards.
  • What happens when you return to old eating
habits? In most cases one gains weight.

9
  • Add lots of vegetables (raw and cooked) to your
    meals.
  • Cut them raw and have them with homemade dips,
marinade them with interesting seasonings and
grill them or toss them with herbs and sauté
    them.
  • Eat these to your hearts content and be rest
assured that it has no repercussions.

10
  • Remember, You are what you eat. To be healthy,
glowing and be full of energy it is extremely
important to watch what you put in your body.
  • Combine this with exercise, sunshine, air,
unprocessed foods, a good nights sleep and
positive thoughts and you will make the most
    ravishing bride.
