Why use ModCrete AAC Blocks?

Description:

Eco friendly and also better than ordinary blocks, but how and why? ModCrete AAC Blox are the best the industry has to offer, with numerous advantages over traditional clay bricks. Some of the benefits are - High Strength: The high-pressure steam curing autoclaving method gives AAC an unrivalled strength-to-weight ratio that greatly exceeds the requirements of the Indian Building Code. Light Weight and Seismic Resistant: The density of Light Weight and Seismic Resistant AAC blocks ranges from 451 kg/cum to 750 kg/cum. This leads to lower overall costs and a shorter building period. – PowerPoint PPT presentation

Why use ModCrete AAC Blocks?
2
  • Eco friendly and also better than ordinary
blocks, but how and why? ModCrete AAC Blox are
the best the industry has to offer, with numerous
advantages over traditional clay bricks. Some of
the benefits are - High Strength The
    high-pressure steam curing autoclaving method
gives AAC an unrivalled strength-to-weight ratio
that greatly exceeds the requirements of the
Indian Building Code. Light Weight and Seismic
Resistant The density of Light Weight and
Seismic Resistant AAC blocks ranges from 451
kg/cum to 750 kg/cum. This leads to lower overall
costs and a shorter building period. Lightweight
blocks minimize the structure's mass, reducing
the building's earthquake impact. The fact that
blocks are non-combustible gives them an
advantage in the event of a fire, which is a
    regular occurrence after an earthquake.

3
  • Cost Effective Due to its lightweight, AAC
significantly reduces the dead weight of a
structure, resulting in structural cost savings
of up to 20 in steel and 25 in cement. Because
AAC is 15 times the size of a clay brick, it
saves up to 66 percent on transportation
expenses. AAC wall building involves 1/15 of the
joints, resulting in a total mortar savings of up
to 66 percent. Sound Proof The sound
transmission class (STC) of AAC walls is 44,
which is outstanding. As a result, interiors are
    almost soundproof, resulting in Excellent
    Acoustic Performance.

4
  • Superior Durability AAC blocks aac panels are
extremely sturdy and can withstand extreme
weather. They are also resistant to earthquakes.
AAC's ultra-light weight makes it last longer.
AAC is used exclusively in seismically active
areas such as Japan. It has been proved to resist
Category 5 tropical cyclone winds. Fire
Resistant 4 hour fire rating is the best in
class. AAC has a melting point of over 1600
degrees Celsius. more than double the average
temperature of a building fire, which is 650
    degrees Celsius. Accurate Dimension AAC's
    automatic production method ensures dimensional
correctness and a smooth surface, removing the
need for three coats of plaster and allowing for
    a final 6mm skim coat (putty/pop). Design
Versatility Flexibility are increased using our
    AAC.

5
  • Thermal Insulation It has the industry's highest
thermal rating R30! As a result, it provides
well-insulated interiors that keep warm air out
in the summer and cold air out in the winter. AAC
can save you up to 30 on air conditioning costs.
Workability Because AAC blocks can be sawed and
drilled in the same way that wood can, they are
one of the most user-friendly building materials.
It makes plumbing, electrical, and wall fittings
more convenient to install. Eco Friendly AAC is
a walling material of choice in LEED certified
buildings because it is 100 percent green. In the
sense that it consumes the least amount of energy
and material per m3 of product, AAC is the most
    energy and resource efficient.

6
  • Unlike bricks, which are made with previous
top-layer agricultural soil, AAC is made with
FlyAsh (65 percent of its weight). Termite
Insect Resistant Insects, termites, and rodents
cannot live in cavities in solid wall
construction or finishes that adhere to the wall.
This eliminates entry points as well. In AAC,
termites and ants do not consume or build nests.
Termites and insects are unable to penetrate it,
Pest management isn't required as much. Provides
the highest level of protection against damage.

7
  • Faster ConstructionAAC Blocks can help you save
up to 20 on building time. Different block sizes
help to limit the number of joints in masonry
walls. It's simple to set up. It hardens and sets
pretty quickly. Construction is easier and faster
with lighter blocks. AAC blocks are not only
strong from outside, they are strong from inside
too and will make sure your house can withstand
every situation and keep it safe and strong
    forever.
