Ascension Leadership Academy is committed to
supporting leaders that can help to fulfill
individuals dreams. Brad and Jenna Ballard
founded it to make the world a better place. In
2016, they moved to San Diego to bring new dazzle
of personal development to the Finest City of
America. They have faith in their emotional
intelligence pieces of training that they could
serve the community on a fundamental level. Both
have built so much in these three years.

• Brad and Jenna Ballard feel honored to be part of
  an educational community that gives back and has
  a true sense of a tribe. Their students have
  raised approximately two million dollars
  collectively for a non-profit organization in and
  surrounding areas of San Diego County since 2016
  as part of their giving back to community
  opportunities.

  life. They offer three levels of curriculum
  support to their students in unlocking their

  enhancing their greatest strengths, and removing
  any lasting roadblocks.

• Heart-centered maniacs, visionaries, budding
  leaders, and natural-born leaders from all over
  the world gather on ALAs training and to become
  a part of the community dedicated to creating a
  ripple effect of responsible leadership and
  empowerment.

A New Leaders Group Begins

• Mission Objective

• A new leaders group begins the four-month
  process in Level 1 Training every six weeks at
  ALA. The students can discover the truest source
  of any communication blocks or limiting beliefs
  that prevent them from having it all through a
  series of inspiring lectures, games, and
  experimental exercises.
• Besides, this is a powerful restart button for
  every personal development veteran for their
  continuing journey. Every participant has an
  equal opportunity to achieve great value from
  their life-boosting experience.

• In Level 2 training

• In Level 2 training, they can put it all into
  practice with their new set of tools as they
  expand and redesign their vision for their
  relationships, purpose, and life. The students
  learn how to transform the long-lasting patterns
  from their past life to break through any anxiety
  of commitment, intimacy, failure, success,
  responsibility, creativity, change, and
  self-expression.

• The Level 3 of ALA

• The Level 3 of ALA is continued for three months,
  where the students develop the sustainable
  transformation and leadership lifestyle. Besides,
  they have the opportunity to give back to society
  and impact the whole world in a positively
  profound way.
• Ascension Leadership Academy offers connecting
  and team-building experiences, life-changing
  retreats, and intensive training weekends that
  will inspire you to become a superhero in real
  life. Every aspect of your life will thrive due
  to ALAs training, and you will learn how to
  survive and sustain being an independent leader
  of excellence and integrity.

• ALA offers in-person training in Texas and Austin

• Apart from San Diego, ALA offers in-person
  training in Texas and Austin. More than a
  thousand individuals have been graduated from
  Ascension Leadership Academy. They have seen
  relationships getting healed, dreams coming to
  reality, business growing manifolds, marriages
  being saved, and great proposal receiving at
  graduations. There is no other educational
  community like Ascension Leadership Academy. They
