Introduction

University a leading residential university in

via teaching, research, and extension operations.
Therefore it is the states sole multi-faculty
affiliating university. Himachal Pradesh
Universitys MBA program trains students for
careers in management. MBA and Ph.D. programs are
offered at HPUBS. It also has a strong doctorate
program, with approximately 250 Ph.D. and 300
M.Phil. scholars. Candidates who pass the UGC-JRF
may be accepted immediately into a Ph.D. program
in management studies, but those who pass the NET
may be required to pass a university-level
entrance exam (subject to seat availability) if
otherwise suitable.The MBA program takes four
semesters to complete. The programs courses were
created to develop technical, human, analytical,
and conceptual skills in the students.
Specializations in three sectors, namely finance,
marketing, and human resource management, add to
the knowledge of diverse functional areas of
management.

HPU MAT Exam Eligibility Criteria
HPU MAT is for students willing to peruse
masters. Therefore, the minimum qualification
required is 50 marks in any bachelors degree
from established universities. However, the
Scheduled Caste/ Schedules Tribe candidates
require 45. Candidates who are taking their
Bachelors degree final examination in
March/April 2021 are eligible to take the HP
University Management Aptitude Test (HPU-MAT),
although the ultimate selection is contingent on
them meeting the eligibility requirements. Age
Limit Except for non-subsidized, serving, or
retired defense personnel, the maximum age limit
is 26 years for boys and 28 years for girls as of
July 1 of the year concerned (29 years for SC/ST
candidates both for boys and girls). Furthermore,
in the case of funded students, defense
personnel, and State/Government of India
candidates, the age bar shall not apply.

HPU MAT Exam Pattern

• The HP-CMAT will be divided into four sections
  English Comprehension, Reasoning, Business
  Environment, and Arithmetic Comprehension Data
  Interpretation. However, each section will
  contain approximately fifty (50) questions.
  Candidates are screened for not only group
  discussion but also personal interviews. However,
  their selection is based on their performance on
  the HP-CMAT. At last, three candidates for each
  seat are usually called for a group discussion
  and vote. The HPU MAT Exam format will have 200
  questions in total. However, they are separated
  into four categories. With respect to it, there
  are 50 questions in each segment of the question
  paper.
