• How to Repair Quickbooks Error 15241 on Windows 7
  and Later
• QuickBooks Desktop should be removed.
• Depending on your Windows operating system, you
  may have several options for bringing up the
  Manage window, including
• Windows 7, Windows, and all future Windows
  versions
• From the drop-down menu, select the Start menu
  option.
• Then, look in "My Computer" for the choice.
• Right-click My Computer and choose Properties.
• Go ahead and click the Manage button.
• Select the Services and Applications option on
  the left side of the new "Computer Management"
  screen.
• The Services option is located on the right side
  of the Services and Applications box.
  Double-click it with your mouse.
• You will be presented with a variety of services
  from which to pick.
• After finding and highlighting the Intuit
  QuickBooks FCS option, double-click it.
