• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a form
  of mental health treatment. It is designed for
  those who need more intensive therapy than what
  traditional outpatient treatment can provide. IOP
  programs provide short-term therapy, usually 2-4
  times per week, and usually continue for an
  average of six months.
