Reelpower OG has collaborated closely with
drilling contractors and rig manufacturers to
design and manufacture Drill Line Spoolers and
powered wire spoolers that will improve operator
SAFETY and REDUCE cycle TIME.   Drill line
spoolers and powered wire spoolers are devices
that are used to store drill line for a drilling
rig. They are designed to wind and unwind the
drill line with controlled tension as the rig
requires. The spoolers are built for portability,
with certified lifting eyes and forklift pockets.
Powered drill line spoolers improve safety by
preventing over-run and picking up slack, while
also speeding up rig moves by quickly winding
drill line through the travelling block and back
onto the drum.

Drill line spoolers and powered wire spoolers
with automatic level wind reduce the footprint
required on the drill floor while also speeding
up rig moves. The deadline anchor can even be
mounted to the level wind, reducing drill floor
space even further.   ReelPower OG provides drill
line spoolers in a variety of configurations,
sizes, and drive requirements based on the
specific needs of the customer. Spoolers with
both land and offshore ratings are available.
Tail-boardable features may be available on land
spoolers. Drill Line Spoolers from ReelPower OG
are available for lengths ranging from 3,000' of
34 to over 15,000' of 2 drilling line.
