Quadriceps Contraction

stomach. Grab a towel roll it and place it under
the ankle of your involved knee joint. Now,
slowly press the towel roll. Hold this position
for a few seconds, relax and repeat.

Hamstring Contraction
These exercises do not require any movement. All
you need is to bend your knees to approximately
10 degrees. Now, tighten the muscles of your
hamstrings for a few seconds, relax and repeat.

Straight Leg Raises
Straight leg raise is one of the easiest
exercises that you can do to increase the

straight leg raises, you need to lie down on your
back and slowly lift the leg approximately 6
