  protection method, consisting of a water supply
  system, providing adequate pressure and flow rate
  to a water distribution piping system, onto which
  fire sprinklers are connected.

  active component of a domestic or commercial
  buildings fire protection system.

• Fire fighting equipment is equipment designed to
  extinguish fires or protect the user from fire.
  It may be used by trained fire fighters,
  untrained users at the scene of a fire, or built
  into a building's infrastructure (such as a

• There are two types of fire-fighting equipment
  portable (eg fire extinguishers, fire blankets)

AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM

• Sprinklers systems consist of the network of
  piping, water supply, sprinkler heads, and alarm
  and detection devices that sense the heat from a
  fire and automatically distribute water to
  completely extinguish the fire or control its
  growth.
• An Automatic Fire Sprinkler System is a network
  of water-filled pipes which starts at your
  domestic water service line and ends with
  strategically spaced fire sprinkler heads located
  throughout your home. A sprinkler system
  activates based upon the amount of heat produced
  by a fire, not the amount of smoke.

CARBON DIOXIDE SYSTEM

• CO2 is an odorless, colorless, electrically
  non-conductive, non-corrosive, and
  non-deteriorating agent. It is normally present
  in the atmosphere at about 0.03 by volume.
• CO2 System consists of a fixed supply of CO2
  converted through a piping network and nozzles.
• Total Flooding extinguishers both surface and
  deep seated fires by discharging gas onto the
  enclosed space.
