Shashlik Rice

Shashlik Rice 
Take a cooking pot and heat cooking oil in it.
Put 4 eggs and salt as per need in it to make an
omelet. Now heat the remaining oil in the pot and
fry 5 cloves of chopped garlic in it. Add neatly
cut carrot and capsicum each to garlic. You need
two chicken cubes 2 tbsp of soya sauce, ½ tbsp of
crushed black pepper, I pinch of Chinese salt,
and salt as per taste. Add 300 gms of boiled selo
rice to the mixture and pour water into it. Keep
on dum until shashlik is prepared to serve with
shashlik stick.
