    protein from some diet sources like pea, quinoa,
    rice, etc. The amount of protein you need depends
    on a lot of factors like your diet, your
    lifestyle, your workout routine, etc. 
  • Some natural protein sources for vegetarians are
    soybean, lentils, pulses, some fruits and
    vegetables, etc. The market also has protein
    supplements that you can check out. To select the
    best protein powder for vegetarians, always keep
    in mind some points

    careful while taking whey protein as it is made
    from milk. Some products contain soy, and those
