Under the CAPEX model, the entire investment
comes from the power consumer, who generally hire
a solar EPC company that can provide turnkey
installation of entire solar power system and
hand over assets to consumers. EPC can also
additionally do an annual operation and
maintained (OM) of plant on mutually agreed cost
per annum.
